• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised account use.

13Payment Terms

14Consulting Services

• Consulting engagements are governed by separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
• Deliverables and timelines are specified in the SOW.
• Payment terms for consulting services are Net 30 unless otherwise specified.
• Intellectual property created during consulting engagements belongs to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
